The rooms are clean and presentable, and when we asked for an extra mattress and towels, they were arranged right away. Wi-Fi was fast and there were no power cuts. You can also dine in and choose from a good set menu. During the pandemic, Ira residency made sure rooms were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, which helped when trusting hotels and restaurants felt difficult. It’s a welcoming place with friendly staff available 24/7. The service has never disappointed me across several visits. It’s a growing business run by young people, so I expect something new and improved each time. The location is convenient for getting around the city, yet away from the bustle and still well connected.
