OYO 7529 Mayuri Residency

The worst part was the renovation happening on the fourth floor while guests were staying below. The noise was unbearable, and I had a really bad experience. I wouldn't go back. The hotel is called Manasi residency, and there's no sign saying Fabexpress Mayuri. Searching for Mayuri residency won't help you find it. The rooms seem more suited to bachelors or single men than families. Mine smelled of cigarette smoke, and the towels were torn and stained. Don't expect breakfast, or even tea or coffee. The rooftop restaurant food was okay but overpriced. For the location, the price is acceptable: the direct rate was 1600-1800, while online I found it for 1400.

The receptionist was a girl who was very polite, kind, and eager to help, even though I can't say whether she could actually solve the problem. The rest of the staff, at reception and in the restaurant, didn't know how to speak to people. There's no sign with the name Mayuri here. I've booked two or three times, and the staff's behavior still hasn't been right.

The room was spacious and good, and the air-conditioning worked well. The washroom was good too, and the geyser was working. The TV didn't work. They kept giving excuses, then finally said they couldn't do anything about it. The intercom was also out, and although there were lots of Wi-Fi links, none worked. No complimentary breakfast was available.

Vicky at the front office made the stay memorable. He was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, made check-in easy, and answered my questions promptly. His warm manner and attention to detail stood out. I stayed recently at fab express Mayuri residency and had a wonderful time. The hotel has a modern, comfortable feel.
