It's an open location with a nice view, and the breeze blows into the room all day and night. The place is a 2bhk house, with separate rooms offered for stays and the necessary amenities. Place 5/5, service 5/5, room 4/5.

The room was just alright, nothing especially good or especially bad. Check-in was rough, though. The person argued with me right away and insisted I shouldn't pay online. They need to improve the service.

I paid in advance through the agoda website, then went to the hotel in Ulsoor, Bengaluru and found out it was closed. Since it's listed on OYO, I had booked it online. It caused me unnecessary stress, and I'm still surprised the hotel is listed online.

The day before my booking, they called to say the apartment wasn't available and offered a different room that wasn't good. I'd booked a week ahead. After a long argument and conversation with the managers, nothing was agreed, though the owner later said they'd arrange another apartment. I kept waiting and calling until 9:00 in the morning and got no response. How can anyone find another place at the last minute? The worst service and experience.
