OYO 8476 Garden Comfort

The staff rudely told me the place was no longer associated with OYO. I’d been given a different room from the one I booked, and the booking photos were misleading. There was no dedicated parking as advertised, the linen hadn’t been changed, and the door knobs didn’t work. The TV channels weren’t paid for, and there was no geyser despite it being listed as available.

I had to put up with this place because of a family member’s health treatment and because there were no nearby rooms available. I booked rooms 401 and 410 for five days, and neither had a TV remote. One AC didn’t work, and there was no geyser in the bathroom. For hot water, reception kept telling us to waste two or three buckets of cold water first. I don’t think he understands the value of water. The room service was awful too. Even after we asked, nobody came to clean, giving silly excuses instead. There were no bins in the rooms, no RO water, and one day even packaged drinking water wasn’t available to buy at reception. The staff spoke politely but didn’t solve a single problem. Please don’t stay in these Garden comfort rooms. This was my worst experience with OYO.

A month ago I had a great stay at Garden comfort, but going back a week ago was a bad experience. The app showed Rs. 500 per room per day, while the person there asked for Rs. 1200. I showed him the price for that day, but he said they were no longer associated with OYO. I had other places I could stay, but I’d invited my friend, so it was a letdown at the same place after a month.

I’ve been staying here for the last 10 days because the rooms are spacious and the price is very cheap. There’s AC, free Wi-Fi, and hot water available around the clock. The staff are helpful and good.
