I can't trust this owner. He accepted my booking and took half the payment in advance, then two days later said the rooms were already booked and he couldn't give me the room.

The owner is clever and keeps trying to bill extra. He was rude, the bed wasn't clean, and daily room cleaning isn't available. Instead of a double bed, they gave us two singles, which wasn't suitable for a baby sleeping between us.

I lost the advance I paid through booking.com after the security guard refused to let us in, saying it was too late to check in. booking.com gave me a number to request cancellation and a refund, but the request wasn't accepted. I had to book another hotel far from Manipal Hospital Hebbal, where my relative was being treated. The manager was rude and disrespectful.

Friendly staff, good rooms and views, and a nice location. There are good food options nearby. All good 👍

Nelli suites is only a few kilometers from the Airport, right in the heart of the city. It's a newly constructed building, and the rooms and ambience seemed pretty great. The staff weren't friendly, but that didn't affect me; I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it 👌. For 24hrs, the price was 1500(non AC) or 1750(with AC). Going directly instead of booking online might be a good idea, and the price is negotiable. Thanks for the comfort throughout my stay.
