Rameshwaram Cafe is within walking distance, the work site was nearby, and the location was one of the best parts of my four-day stay from November 30 to December 3, 2025. The rooms were clean and the rates weren't high. Room cleaning doesn't happen daily. They clean after checkout, so you have to ask if you want it done during your stay. Service was slow too. On cold mornings, hot water took a while to come. There were a few small problems, but otherwise things were fine. Panvel is a big problem.

My parents were exhausted after a long trip, and I had booked the room for them. The AC wasn't working, and they had to move rooms three times. The phone in the first room didn't work, so they had to call the number listed in Chrome from a personal phone, at least five times. Staff said they'd come inspect the problem but never showed up. There was no kettle or other basic utility, and the rules were excessive. Guests aren't allowed, not even children visiting their parents' room. The lobby had no AC either. A very bad stay, and I won't choose or recommend this place again.

After waiting 20 minutes to check in, I was put in a first-floor room with no Wi-Fi, so I had to switch. The next room had cockroaches. They also charged 30 rupees for a water bottle marked with an MRP of 18.

The staff were very rude and asked for extra charges. There was no food or sanitary supplies, and the rooms weren't properly maintained. A horrible experience, highly not recommended. Negative rating.
