OYO Townhouse 019 Jayanagar

It's a well located property with potential, but it's managed poorly. We stayed four nights as a family with two rooms and had to switch rooms every night. There was hardly anything in the rooms, not even a table. The AC temperature couldn't be controlled, towels were dirty, and there were shower curtains ranging from none to dirty ones. Service was poor, breakfast was the same every day, and there was no tea or coffee. I could go on. I'll never want to stay there again. It might suit people who can stay quiet and not complain.

The bathroom layout was unbelievably uncomfortable. The WC and bathing area had poor dimensions, so knees scraped, elbows hit walls, a shelf struck my waist, the hand faucet was badly positioned, and even the WC was in the wrong place. Just terrible planning and very uncomfortable quarters. I told the front office team, and they said they'd taken over the property that week and knew about the issues. Hopefully top management understands how uncomfortable the washrooms are for guests.

There were enough power points for charging phones, tablets, and other equipment, which I appreciated. The location is very good, and the rooms and amenities are decent. I was embarrassed by the water that kept pooling in the bath and wash area.

The rooms were cozy, with comfortable beds, and seem ideal for a short stay. The staff were friendly, and they even gave us breakfast before check-in when we arrived early, around 9.30 am. Nice location, close to Jayanagar market.
