It looked neat outside, but not inside. The rooms were small and dark, there were bedbugs, and I couldn't sleep properly. Breakfast was pathetic, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and water pooled in the shower. There wasn't a technician or plumber available, and management took no responsibility. I had to put up with the same room because they were at maximum occupancy for the week. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The reception staff were rude and acted like jokers. I asked something they couldn't answer, and they got snippy instead. People should learn some basic manners, especially in hospitality, where service is the whole point. They even seemed to ask, 'What's that all about?' If this hadn't been an official visit, I would've gone mad. And the breakfast was the worst in Bangalore. Even a roadside eatery would give cleaner, better service. My advice is to avoid staying here.

I'm writing this because you asked me to review my stay. I was there on Sunday, December 23, 2018, when the hotel was literally on fire. I was asleep when the power went out and smoke came into the room. No fire alarm went off, and none of the staff came to alert us right away. I ran outside and saw staff standing by the building, looking like spectators, though they seemed tense. It took hours to arrange another place for me, and it wasn't nearby. You'll need to try harder before this can be called one of the safest hotels.

The breakfast was okay, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Still, staff seemed confused about the payments, and the electricity kept cutting out at night. They had a backup generator, but some annoying alarm kept making noise all night.
