The bathroom was really clean. I’ve never seen hotel rooms like these before: there’s a room plus a hall. I’d definitely suggest this hotel to friends and family.

The place felt scary even for boys, and girls shouldn’t consider going there. The bathrooms were dirty, and the sheets hadn’t been changed, with what might have been the previous guest’s hair on the bed. They first refused to let us stay because we’d booked through the MakeMyTrip app, then asked for extra money.

A terrible stay, like a room for animals, not people. The bed was covered in hair, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, and the room was poorly maintained. The room didn’t match the description or photos. They seemed to be using photos from 10 years ago. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the customer service was poor too. If you want a clean blanket, towel, or pillow cover, bring one from home because they don’t have good ones. You can check the photos I attached if you’re unsure.

The manager’s attitude was awful. A booking failed on booking.com, and they sent us to this hotel with an advance payment. But when we showed the manager the booking ID, he refused to give us rooms, said they were sold out, and wouldn’t refund the money. It was late, and we spent a long time looking for somewhere to stay. I paid the advance twice and lost money both times. Worst service. Be careful with advance bookings and customer care executives, as booking.com won’t refund your money if you pay ahead.
