OYO Townhouse 93 Ramamurthy Nagar

I arrived around midnight for a two-day booking and had already paid in full. Even after I showed the receptionist proof, he claimed part of the payment was still due. The man pictured then agreed to give us the room, but spoke rudely. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

The staff had little courtesy and started asking for extra charges just after the 11 AM checkout time. I paid ₹1500 for one night, but the stay was a nightmare. The room was unhygienic, with cockroaches, hair and stains on the bed, and dirty walls. The AC and TV didn’t work, and I got itchy skin and rashes after staying there. This was by far my worst OYO Townhouse experience. The place was totally galeez and unhygienic. OYO should delist it immediately to protect customers.

From outside the building looked good, but inside it was the complete opposite. There were no fans, the bathroom was in very bad condition and smelled awful, and even the changed sheets smelled bad. The AC barely worked and didn’t cool at all, and the TV was broken. They charged an extra 389/- + 389/- =788/- on top of my full payment through the OYO app, saying I’d get a refund, but I still haven’t received it. Check-in was below average, cleanliness was appalling, and the amenities were disappointing. Definitely not a comfortable or hygienic stay. OYO should remove it.

We got there at 7 in the morning, but they wouldn’t let us check in. The booking said 24-hour check-in was available, yet they asked for extra charges.
