Prime Residency by OYO Rooms

I checked the rooms myself before booking, and they seemed clean and comfortable, but the stay turned into a bitter experience. The linens hadn't been changed, the washrooms weren't clean enough, the shower control didn't work, and we couldn't get into our rooms without the helpers. One guest room was being used as storage, with tissue rolls, three fridge, toiletries and other things kept there. We have video proof. The owner, Ms. shalini, was rude and arrogant when we tried to give feedback and wouldn't listen. The service was very disorganized. Please avoid.

One of the rooms was being used for storage, with spare toilet paper and bedsheets left in the closet. The sheets were dirty too, and there were urine stains in the bathroom. When we complained, the owner, Shallini, threatened us and wouldn't listen to any feedback. I wouldn't recommend staying here, even if they offered it for free.

The nights were terribly noisy, and there were far too many cockroaches. Make sure ladies aren't staying here. When we complained, they called the owner, Ms. Shalini, who misbehaved with us and treated us badly instead of apologizing for the trouble. She's unprofessional, arrogant, and disgraceful to the whole residency culture. Fellow travelers, avoid this place at all costs.

The bedsheets were torn, the pillows weren't clean, and water collected in the bathroom after just one shower, so we couldn't step in for a long time. The staff were the worst part. The receptionist didn't provide any information, and I think the owner Shalini teaches them to withhold it. When we booked, she told us the room rate and said there would be an extra charge for our friends checking in early in the morning. We accepted that, but she never said how much it would be. We had already paid for the room the night before and told her our friends would arrive early. At check-in, the receptionist said the room wasn't paid for at all. My friends believed him and paid the room rate again. When they told me, I was shocked because I'd already paid. Shalini later claimed that this second charge was for early check-in. If we'd known it would cost that much, we would have booked somewhere else. They charged us for two nights. We said they could charge for early check-in, but not the full room rate again without telling us. She never said she'd charge that amount, and it seemed she'd told the receptionist to say the room wasn't paid. When we asked for the money back, she shouted at us and ordered us out without returning it. She turned the blame on us afterwards. Shalini is uncivilized, doesn't respect guests, and only gives information after getting the money. Don't go here if you expect respect.
