Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

I stayed for a week and would absolutely recommend this place. The breakfast spread was excellent each morning, with live counters and lots of hot and cold drinks. My room was spotless, the mattress was comfortable, and the desk setup worked perfectly for getting work done. The welcome felt warm throughout. Everyone, from reception to the staff at the main entrance, greeted us with a smile and was ready to help. Housekeeping stood out in particular. Joyal, Lungsurei, and another team member were always attentive and available. They handled the daily cleaning well and also beautifully decorated the room when I requested it for my husband’s birthday. I’d happily come back.

I’ve stayed here on my last two trips to Bangalore and will choose it again next time. It has a great modern feel, the staff were brilliant and eager to help, and the food was made to suit my requirements. The gym is better than the standard hotel version.

I often come to Radisson Blu for office lunches, and the buffet has a great selection of excellent food. The staff are friendly and attentive, and it’s a quiet, pleasant place to eat. I recommend it for business lunches or casual dining.

Even though I was there for only three days, it was an amazing stay. The hotel did a commendable job in every aspect, and the front desk service was especially worth mentioning. Housekeeping also deserves credit for working efficiently and looking after guests’ comfort while cleaning and maintaining the rooms. Keep up the great work.
