Ramanashree Richmond Circle Bangalore

We stayed in rooms 225 and 223. Before we had checked out or given permission, staff opened the rooms and took our money bag and purses, then left them unattended at reception. Maybe things were taken from the purses too. At checkout there was no staff to help put our luggage in the car. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and were filthy, with cockroaches and spiders. The beds had bed bugs, the washrooms smelled bad, and the exhaust fan didn’t work. Breakfast was stale and the food service was bad. Zero rating for this property.

I recently attended a baby shower here, and the food was disappointing, nowhere near good enough. Parking was also a problem. Google Maps showed the wrong location, and if you pass the place, you can end up driving nearly 3 km around because the road is one-way and there’s no easy way to turn back.

The price was good and the location is convenient, but the bed was very uncomfortable. This is an old legacy hotel with some modernization. The western closet was too high even for someone six feet tall, and the taps sprayed water onto you instead of into the basin. The TV channels and AC worked, but the internet speed was pathetic.

While taking the plates, I saw cockroaches and told the restaurant staff, but nobody seemed bothered. You can see it in the video. I paid 9k for two rooms, which isn’t a small amount. Pathetic experience.
