As a solo traveller, I asked for a tubelight at 12:30 p.m., but they didn’t bring it until 7:30 p.m. Then, at midnight, they asked me to change rooms while my belongings were still unpacked. The whole experience was horrible.

The staff behaved very badly. I booked online through OYO at one price, but when I arrived for check-in, they refused to honor it and demanded extra money before letting me stay. Showing one price online and charging more at the property felt like a scam, and it was unprofessional and unethical. Avoid the place and the frustration. I filed an online complaint against the hotel in consumer court and got a positive response from the court. Everyone should take action against this kind of fraud. If you face this scam from them, file an online consumer court complaint.

My door lock was broken and taped with DUCT TAPE!!! There was also a slightly off-putting smell in the room, and noise from adjacent rooms, with speakers playing all night. The washrooms were okay. The AC had issues, but it did work. I’d booked online through Agoda for an extra day after a four-day booking. When I showed up, staff said online booking wasn’t valid and demanded an extra ₹1000. I paid ₹500, then went to the police station to get my money back. Extra charges were also demanded when I first arrived after booking online. Avoid this hotel. If they ask for more money, don’t hesitate to call the POLICE, they’ll come and deal with it.

The staff were kind and treated me with a lot of respect. I’ve been here for three months and have had a really good stay. It’s a lovely place, and when I leave, I think I’ll miss it. Thank you all 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️🥰🥰
