We stopped for one night on the way to Mumbai, but the rooms didn’t live up to the good reviews. There was a bad smell, apparently from poor ventilation, and we saw small cockroaches. Staff moved us to another room quickly, though it had the same problems. Parking is available on an open, gated lot about 50 meters away.

The rooms smelled awful, and they weren’t clean. There were cockroaches on the bed and in the restrooms, so nothing felt neat or hygienic.

A room key that never worked was the first problem, and even the staff couldn’t get the door open with their master keys. There was no water in the room, and staff had no idea when it would be back. Tea or coffee wasn’t available when we ordered it, and neither were the ice cubes. For around 2500 a night for one room, this was a horrible experience and a waste of money.

The check-in and checkout were easy, and the place was pretty clean in a good location. I did find it a little pricey.

The floor was sticky, there was no tissue, and used shampoo from a previous guest had been left in the room. There were just two of us, but we got one towel. The mattress was uncomfortable, and staff were lazy and didn’t attend to what guests needed. They charged extra for everything, making the stay frustrating and uncomfortable. Very rude staff, just a waste of money.
