The location is convenient, with everything easy to reach on foot. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were polite, responsive, and professional. The interiors are modern, luxurious, and beautifully maintained, with a premium feel and thoughtful design. Of the hotels I've visited in Bangalore, this is the best so far. Sheraton stands out as one of the city's finest 5-star properties. An amazing stay for business or leisure, with great infrastructure, ambience, and comfort.

A great property with professional, hospitable staff and quick service. Chef Sharda and Subhadeep went out of their way to make the stay better. A special shout-out to both of them.

The only issue I could think of is that the floor is flat rather than sloped, which may be to let people dance anywhere. Otherwise, Sheraton convention center is one of the best. It has good capacity, spacious corridors, and an open dining and networking area. There are enough washrooms for the venue's capacity, and they're modern and sparkling clean. The food is good and the bar is nice.

On my last day, I tried Chef Abdul's special lamb biryani, and it was one of the best biryanis I've ever had. The lamb was incredibly tender and moist, perfectly cooked, and the flavors were rich and balanced. You could tell how much skill and passion went into it. His attention to detail turned a classic dish into something memorable, and the meal was a highlight of my stay. Thank you, Chef Abdul. Earlier, the buffet wasn't quite to my taste. Even with the restaurant fully crowded, Chef Abdul and Manager Guddu noticed and checked in personally to make sure I was comfortable. Chef Abdul then prepared a delicious biryani to suit my preference, a thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued. Manager Guddu's warm attention and reassurance made the experience feel personal and heartfelt. The care and dedication from them and the whole restaurant team are rare. Their kindness turned what could have been an ordinary dinner into a delightful, memorable experience and elevated my stay. Big thanks to Chef Abdul, Manager Guddu, and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend dining here if you're visiting the hotel.
