SilverKey Executive Stays 27924 Yelahanka New Town

This might suit a group of young people looking to party in a room, but I wouldn’t bring family here. The beds were so worn that I could feel the springs digging into my back. The washroom was stained, the mirrors were dirty, and I found cigarette butts in there.

Nothing was ready or working when I arrived. There was no food or kettle, and the AC didn’t work, even though the listed amenities said those things, along with Wi-Fi and water, would be available. The toilet was dirty and had no toilet paper. The room itself was unclean, and the staff were rude, starting with the receptionist. It was a horrible hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious and decent, and the staff were good enough. It’s a new building made up of studio apartments converted into Oyo stays. There’s no kitchen, so you have to go elsewhere for food. Breakfast, which is bought from outside, only arrives around 8:30 in the morning, so anyone leaving early will miss the complimentary meal. The overall cleanliness could also be a little better.

It was an okay stay, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. They changed the bedsheet, while leaving the toilet and dustbin dirty. I also had to ask for a fresh towel each time. Staff were absent most of the time, and there weren’t any facilities to speak of.
