The food was good, and the rooms are large with a modern look. But the cleaning needs serious attention. The bedspread and sheets hadn’t been washed, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, and the jet spray was yellowish. If they improve housekeeping, this could be worth five stars.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite, and the restaurant was really well maintained. Everything we tried there tasted delicious. It’s a beautiful place to stay, with nicely done rooms and good interiors. The area is peaceful, close to the main road, and free of traffic noise and pollution.

The hotel itself is good, but the staff need training and seem very unprofessional. I asked for a water bottle four or five times and never got one. Food took 45 minutes to arrive, and ordering extra chapatis would mean waiting another hour. The toilet was leaking too. I asked three or four times to change rooms, but nobody responded. They don’t seem to care about their customers.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years, but I won’t return. The owner and some staff are good, but the housekeeping boys act rowdy, don’t respond properly, and have been very rude. They also ask for the food bill at midnight, which was mentally tormenting. This is my personal request to everyone: don’t come here.
