The room was spacious, and the staff were polite and tried to help. But a foul smell from the toilet persisted through my stay. I reported it, yet it wasn’t properly fixed, and using the bathroom was unpleasant. The wiring was also a problem: the master switch was set up so I had to turn on all the bedroom lights just to switch on the toilet light, which was especially inconvenient at night. These basic maintenance issues seriously affected my comfort. Better attention to them could make a real difference, especially given the hotel’s location.

They handled our late checkout requests easily and didn’t make us feel like they were doing us a big favor. That made an already delightful stay even better. The hotel is central, with large, spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great cuisine. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Jagdeesh and the Duty Manager at reception were professional and quick to help when we ran into a stressful situation. I really appreciated that. Hussain and Atchin in the restaurant were amazing, too, with prompt service. The hotel is conveniently placed near shopping malls and parks, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room could use a little maintenance, especially the shower door and air conditioner remote. Keep up the good work.

After more than 24 hours of travel, we were badly jet lagged and needed somewhere to rest. This place was perfect for relaxing and catching up on sleep. The staff were very friendly and courteous, especially Sumitra from housekeeping and Narayana the bell boy. Breakfast had lots of variety, too. I’d definitely stay here again.
