I booked a room at FabHotels for December 9th and asked specifically about checking in early at 6 AM. The customer care agent said it could be done for an extra ₹500 and gave me a number to confirm. Once I arrived, hotel staff said early check-in would cost 50% of the room price. Neither the agent nor the number they'd provided could be reached. It's frustrating to get incorrect details to secure a booking and then be unable to reach anyone when a problem comes up. Be careful and double-check everything.

After booking through the hotel website, I found out check-in started after 12 pm, though I needed a room from 7 am. The helpline gave me the hotel's number. When I called, the person said early check-in wasn't possible and suggested cancelling online and booking directly with him at a higher price. The tariff had been 2300, then suddenly he wanted 3000. I cancelled two days before the stay, but never got my advance back.

I stayed last night and was very happy with it. The room was clean, service was excellent, and the place felt comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.

The owner was always attentive to what guests needed to feel comfortable, and the staff were professional and very cooperative. It's in a central spot, with all the amenities just a few minutes' walk away. A great place to stay.
