They keep cheating us, and we lose both our money and time. There’s no communication between Oyo and the hotel owners. Don’t book this hotel or use OYO.

The staff didn't know how to speak to customers, and the place was filthy. I found it completely dishonest and wouldn't suggest staying there. In Hindi, I'd put it as: “Chaddar Badlo Hotel.”

They may tell you the rooms are full after taking your OYO booking, and your money could be gone. Worst place, Mdrchod.

The counter boy said the hotel was full even though I'd booked through OYO. I somehow had to manage after that. Just awful.

There isn't actually a hotel at the listed location. They accept online bookings, but when you arrive there's no sign of one anywhere. The area is all Peenya industrial area.
