Getting around from the location was easy, and the staff were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. But they didn’t provide drinking water, and the bathroom was so small it felt uncomfortable. The stay was average and would benefit from better basic amenities.

The hotel representative doesn’t take complaints well. They seem to want customers to stop booking there. They need to communicate more positively.

The staff responded promptly whenever I had a question, and the restaurant food was nice. I also liked the clean, spacious room and the bathroom, which was quite nice and clean.

There was a lot of noise from 4 am, and I’ve never seen such a bad bathroom. It was tiny, made from the area by the staircase, and not usable at all. The room and bathroom weren’t clean either. This place isn’t worth the money.

The front desk guy was so rude. He gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and there was too much noise and disturbance at night. The whole place was very dirty. Worst place I’ve ever visited in my life. This is what my room looked like.
