The location worked really well for getting around, with Brookefield Mall nearby and good connections to Marathahalli and Whitefield. The property has a modern feel, comfortable, furnished rooms for a short visit, and a useful mix of facilities: breakfast, Wi-Fi, backup power, parking, a small gym, a garden area, games, and a shared lounge. You can order food, and there's housekeeping, a 24-hour front desk, and an elevator too. Service was polite and mostly smooth, though response speed and maintenance could be better. It's a budget-friendly Oyo stay with a convenient location and decent comforts. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

Rainwater was coming into some of the rooms. The staff and cleaners were arrogant and argued over everything. When I asked for a proper clean, they said, “We know how to clean.” The buckets and jugs they gave us weren't clean, there was no proper hot water, and even when we asked for toiletries, they said they didn't have any. They showed customers no respect.

The price is reasonable for the quality, and the location in AECS Layout, Brookefield is handy for IT parks, restaurants, and transport. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, so it would work for a short visit or business trip. The amenities could be improved, but it's still a good value option in Bangalore. I stayed on 20 January 2026 and checked out the next day, and it was an awful experience. I was on the second floor near reception, where staff talked loudly throughout the night. There was no hot water in the taps, and no towels were provided at first. When I asked, they gave us just one towel for two people. Haneef was very rude when I raised both the water problem and the noise. I've never had such a bad stay.
