Super Hotel O Ganakkal Near BGS Hospital Junction Formerly Omkar Global Inn

After a tiring day, all we wanted was somewhere peaceful to rest, but the stay turned stressful and disappointing. Water kept leaking across the floor in our first room, and there wasn’t a reliable water supply when we needed it. The network signal was almost nonexistent. They hadn’t provided an AC remote, so each time we wanted the AC switched on, we had to go downstairs and ask the staff. The maintenance and overall experience were a letdown.

I booked two nights but left after just one, somehow managing to get out. The room was filthy, with cockroaches crawling around, and there were other insects too. The water supply wasn’t right either, and the bathroom was dirty. Honestly, it was a third-rate room. Please don’t go there.

The washroom was extremely unhygienic, and the room was in awful shape. There was almost no room service or any of the basic facilities they promised. The receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful the whole time. I booked through Airbnb, but the listing said “Super Hotel O Ganakkal” while the sign outside said “Omkar”, so at first I couldn’t even find the place. Check-in took nearly an hour, and even with a confirmed booking the receptionist kept asking whether I had booked. They’d already copied my Aadhaar card, but when I asked for the towel missing from the room, they asked me to show my ID again. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in Bangalore. I’d advise people to avoid it.

We left after resting for just two or three hours. They hadn’t even shown us the room before taking payment, then said those were the only rooms available. I’ve never seen rooms like that, even in remote areas. I forgot to take photos. Booking.com should blacklist the place and stop listing it.
