The room itself was a spacious, nice 1 BHK, with good AC and clean sheets. The bathroom in room 404 was in terrible condition: the taps and jet had no pressure in the morning, and the basin tap, small towel rail, and hanger behind the door were broken. The shower button wouldn’t stay on unless you held it, and the basin soap dispenser didn’t work. Please get these fixed. Breakfast was very limited, just idli, cornflakes, and bread. There was no juice or omelette, and they offered boiled egg instead. It was meant to start at 7:30, but nothing was ready even by 8:30. Average stay overall.

The staff are helpful, though they could use more training. The main concern is upkeep: electrical and bathroom fittings need attention after wear and tear. For instance, the elevator button for the third floor has been out of order for more than three months without being repaired. I keep choosing The Altruist because it’s close to the IT parks in Bellandur, and I’ve stayed there many times. With proper attention to maintaining this service apartment, it could stand out. I hope management takes care of these issues.
4/10
The room was decent, but the service didn’t feel worth the room rate. Basic washroom supplies like a toothbrush and toothpaste were missing, and staff didn’t bring them even after I asked. The flush and jet spray also weren’t working properly, and the jet spray leaked.

The breakfast was inedible, avoid it completely. More than half of the amenities listed on Make My Trip weren’t there. A really awful experience, please don’t stay here.

I spent 15 days there and had an awesome experience. The neighborhood is peaceful.
