I've had the misfortune of staying here three separate times, and the experiences have truly been the worst. The staff are friendly, but the rooms are dirty, there aren't many amenities, and the Wi-Fi won't connect. The greedy manager refused even a half refund despite 24 hours' notice. It seems the business may be failing, and staff also often complained to me about threats of salary cuts. Check in at your own discretion, because your stay will undoubtedly be a bad experience.

For this budget, the room is very good and the service is good too. I rely on hotel toiletries, so it would help if they provided more, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. Since the hotel is close to the road, vehicle noise can be heard at night.

The air conditioning was noisy, and the extra bed wasn't in proper condition. I was disappointed by the poor communication from hotel staff and the long wait for the additional bed I'd requested. It arrived an hour late.

The hotel and rooms are good, but there's no restaurant. They can't even provide tea or coffee.

The toilets weren't clean, with old soaps and tissues, and the switches were old too. The kettle was very old, and the A/C doesn't cool the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
