Pride Premier Bengaluru

My stay at The Pride Hotel Bangalore near to Richmond circle was very disappointing. Several promised facilities were unavailable or poorly maintained, and there were problems with cleanliness, housekeeping, and customer service. Rooms were unclean, and staff sometimes came in without knocking properly, which made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. I was also unhappy with how the night manager, Satyajeet, handled guests. I have concerns about apparent irregular practices involving extra charges and guest handling. He takes bribes and allows young girls & old men. Management needs to improve cleanliness, staff professionalism, guest privacy, and transparency. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless there are major improvements.

The food left me with an upset stomach, and the AC in my room didn’t always work. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were mostly undercooked and very bad. Restaurant servers ate while serving guests. One took a spoon from my table to stir his coffee, and another shouted my order across the room, making everyone turn around. The check-in guy was rude. It also seemed like some team leads bullied the younger servers. One lead was eating and drinking coffee while wandering around the restaurant. The servers and managers had no hospitality training that I could see. They call it Pride Hotel, but there was nothing to be proud of. Rude managers and bullying made for a miserable experience.

A well maintained hotel with decent, prompt service. The valet and serving staff were top notch.

We had a memorable stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were supportive throughout. Would love to come back.
