The Silver Chimes Suites

We stayed one night, and it didn't feel worth the money. The late checkout we asked for was approved, but there were a lot of problems during the stay. The AC barely worked, and the bathrooms weren't very clean. Because of an LPG issue there was no room service, so we asked reception in the evening to leave enough coffee or tea mixes and sugar for two people. In the morning there were only two Nescafe sachets and one sugar sachet, with no stirrer. Power went out at 10.30 pm, leaving the whole first floor and two rooms on the second floor without electricity. Some guests found another hotel and left by 11.30 pm. One room on the second floor had a broken bedside lamp, a safety risk if someone got cut on the shade while getting up. If they weren't replacing it, they should at least have removed the broken shade. Management has plenty of other issues to address too.

The staff were welcoming and responsive, and I found the stay very comfortable. My room was spacious and clean. The property is close to the airport, which made my day trip easy. Thank you.

I found mosquitoes in both the room and bathroom in the evening and at night. They were coming into the bathroom through its window. I told management so they could address it. There were also broken lights and a broken switch.

We picked this hotel for our family's stay during my sister's wedding, and were very happy with how it went. Kushal, the manager, was especially organized and attentive. The rooms were excellent, very well maintained, and had comfortable beds. Its convenient location worked well for our guests, and management was flexible about our needs. The dining area was lovely, and the services felt worth the price.
