We were looking for rooms for around 40-50 people for three nights, and I first asked whether four people could stay in one room. A staff member, whose role I’m unsure of, said they could make that work and would check with the manager. Later he called to say they had 16 rooms and could offer about 12-13 for our group at ₹30,000 per night. I mentioned another property had quoted ₹15,000 per night and asked if they could match or work near that budget. He urged me to visit, saying he’d be at the apartments and I could come even though it would be late. When we arrived, he said all the rooms were occupied, showed us none, and said the rate was ₹30,000 per night with a limit of three people per room. When I brought up our earlier conversation about four to a room, he said they couldn’t do that after all. It was confusing and unprofessional, and the behavior felt rude and disappointing. If they weren’t willing to negotiate or honor what we’d discussed, insisting that I come over made no sense.

The staff and caretaker were so polite and ready to help at any time. My stay was memorable, with spacious rooms that were clean and well looked after. There’s plenty of parking too. Highly recommended.

It was a peaceful place to come back to, even though getting to Electronic City and Narayana hrudalaya was easy. The apartment had 24-hour drinking water and hot water, plus a microwave oven and kettle, and felt like a comfortable home with hotel conveniences. Staff were attentive and professional, and kept everything spotless during my visit. For a future long stay, I’d choose this over a standard hotel.

We booked three days but wanted to cancel after just a few hours. Booking.com and the owners refused to refund the last two days, so it felt like a waste of money. The room was much smaller than the photos, and the wrinkled sheets and pillows looked unclean, with even an ink stain. The manager wasn’t at reception when we arrived, so we had to wait to check in. We had to ask more than once for drinking water, and hot water wasn’t available. The flush worked only when it felt like it, the AC remote didn’t work, and neither the washroom bolt nor the balcony bolt worked. There was no soap or toothpaste. Staff and service were rude, and the property is tucked far inside the town.
