Townhouse Bellandur Near Embassy Tech Village

I paid ₹1131 after booking through the hotel's operation team, and they sent me messages about the reservation. But when we reached the location from Google Maps, there was only some pg nearby. We asked at embass5tech about a hotel in the area and were told there was no Oyo hotel nearby, so we searched again. For two hours we looked around and called 14th of their operators. They said they'd help, but then I was left listening to awful music. I asked for my money back and still haven't received it. I've been scamed out of 1k+ for nothing under OYO. I'm so disappointed. Don't make the same mistake, and never book through OYO or pay online before reaching the place.

The location and price are great if your office is nearby, with plenty of eateries around. Cleaning was okay, but the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom, and the service is pathetic. You have to beg for the bedding to be changed, and even then it's only once every two or three days. Our bedsheet had a cigarette 🚬 burn, so we got it changed, and the pillow cover was torn too.

We booked for two days but checked out the same day because the conditions were unbearable. I asked for a ₹500 refund for the early check-in, which seemed justified given the state of the place. The room was tiny and had hardly anything in it, just a plywood cot and a pillow, with no water bottle or other amenities. There was no proper attention for guests from reception. Lighting was poor, the plumbing had issues, the pillow was bad, the bed uncomfortable, and the TV didn't work. The townhouse was a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it.

For people visiting their office in Embassy tech village during hybrid work, this is a good option. It's cheaper than other hotels, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide good service.
