There were cockroaches everywhere and bugs on the bed. The toilets in most of the rooms didn't flush. We wanted to leave after seeing the room, but they refused to refund us even after we looked at most of the rooms. When we finally left, the staff weren't apologetic and didn't try to help.
A budget-friendly place that's good value, with rooms that are clean and have the basics like working AC, a TV, and hygienic bathrooms. Check-in is easy, and the staff are often polite and helpful. It's also close to major hubs such as railway and metro stations and popular city areas. During a fantastic stay, the staff even helped me with local transportation. The location was close to everything, and the room was neat and well maintained. Highly recommended!
We checked out the same day we arrived because the maintenance was so bad. The photos were completely different from what we found, and the room hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom wasn't maintained either. The cupboard, bucket, and taps were dirty, and there was no bath mat, so a towel had been put down instead. We asked several times for the room and bathroom to be cleaned, but got no response. Rooms: 1/5. Service: 1.
The first room on the third floor had cockroaches and bedbugs crawling around. In the second room, the bedsheets were stained.
It felt like good value for money, and the staff were very cooperative. The property itself is good. Hot water and TV channels could be improved, though the TV is a smart one you can log into.
