OYO had to step in before I could check in, after the reception quoted a different tariff from the one listed on Booking.com and I was harassed by the staff. Their attitude was completely unprofessional. Once in the room, I found blood stains on the bed linen. They replaced it, but the new linen was torn. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

The rooms are okay for sleeping, but service is poor and there aren't many food options nearby. I knew reviews mentioned hot water problems and assumed it might have been temporary. In the morning, both the regular water and hot water supply were out. The manager wouldn't listen when I complained. I had to ask room service for the complimentary bathing kit, and they didn't respond until I complained to management. By the time it arrived, the water had stopped.

Eventually OYO moved my booking to another hotel. At this place, they first refused the online booking and then demanded an extra 1600 for each day. OYO support wouldn't pick up when I called. The staff had no courtesy, gossiping and laughing at us. This was the worst experience I've had in all my travels.

It was very late, so I paid the INR 1,500 they demanded, even though I'd booked through OYO for INR 999.00. The person at reception said they weren't connected to OYO and wouldn't give us a room at the booked price. The room they gave me was completely broken, and the restroom was the dirtiest I've ever used.
