Treebo New Plus Point

The bathroom was in awful condition. The drain was blocked, the bucket was broken, and cleanliness was terrible. Cockroaches were crawling around the room too. Breakfast seating felt cramped and suffocating because of the poor use of space. I asked to change rooms, but the next one had the same problems, and nothing was fixed. The building and reception only showed “New Plus Point Suites,” with no proper Treebo branding visible. That seems misleading and confusing for people who booked a Treebo property. I ask the Treebo team to take this seriously. I've stayed at many hotels in the chain and had good experiences before, but this was the first time things were this disappointing. The property fell short of basic hospitality standards and didn't match what was shown during booking. I'd urge people to think carefully before booking. This is entirely based on my own experience.

It could have been a nice stay, but the bed bugs kept us from sleeping, and I was worried about bringing them home. I hope this helps someone else who's been traumatised by bed bugs at hotels like this.

The room was large, but in a terrible state. The shower didn't work, the bucket was filthy, and for two people we were given just one very dirty towel. The phone didn't work, so we couldn't call reception. The hotel's name display still says Plus point suites. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The room was spacious and had a bit of a native feel, and the location was convenient. But the bathroom had rusty iron bars, and the 5-liter geyser was useless, there was no hot water. The soap was low quality too. TV channels didn't work because the hotel hadn't paid the subscription.
