Treebo Seven Olives Hal

The rooms were dirty, and this wasn't mentioned on their website. The bathroom was stinky and had a broken ceiling; there was no room service or breakfast for guests, and the lift wasn't working. From the start, the manager was rude and unfriendly, and the conditions were worse than I could have imagined. They spoke to and treated guests rudely. Please don't get fooled by them. Worst hotel I've seen. I never expected this in a city like bangalore.

The room had a nice ambience, and the stay was already great value for money. The toilets were fine, though renovating them to match the rooms would make it even better value.

The staff were very rude, and the room was unhygienic. The bed was covered in stains. When I asked them to change the bedsheet, they misbehaved and said I shouldn't have come to OYO if I was so concerned about hygiene.

I spent three nights at Seven Olives and felt very welcome. The rooms were a little small, but the lively hospitality from the staff made up for that. Mr. Badrul Hasan looked after us personally and came across as a welcoming gentleman when we first met. He helped with whatever we needed, day or night. It was an amazing experience, and I'd recommend the hotel to other patrons.
