Via Rithun Residency - jayanagar

It's a very cheap place with good parking for vehicles, and I haven't found a better residency near jayanagar. The staff are good, and it seems suitable for older people.

I had booked through FabHotels a week ahead and had confirmed early check-in for 5:00 AM, with extra payment offered. When I got there, staff were rude and unwelcoming. They said the hotel was full and told me to return at 12 PM, without calmly explaining things or offering a place to wait inside. I had tons of luggage and ended up canceling and searching for another hotel at 5:00 AM. It was exhausting and stressful. If early check-in isn't available, that should be clear when booking, not after a guest arrives. The attitude and lack of basic hospitality were very disappointing.

Yesterday, we were told there'd be a room for us to freshen up and leave our luggage. But when we arrived this morning, we were told there was no room for that after all. It was the worst experience we've had while traveling, so we booked another hotel instead.

The rooms and facilities were good, and I didn't notice any problem with the staff or receptionist's behaviour mentioned in other reviews. The TV is basically useless because it only has the Naptol channel. Also, checking in before 12 PM or checking out after 11 AM comes with an extra charge.
