The room photos matched what was shown in the app, but some facilities listed while choosing a room, such as a bathtub and kettle, weren’t available. Cleaning was okay apart from the washroom walls, though the washroom itself was clean. We had booked a queen-size bed plus a bed for one child, choosing and paying the rate for two adults and one child. Instead, two single cots were joined together, which left us a little disappointed given the bed options and charges shown.

They asked me to submit feedback on Google maps, saying there was no portal for it. At checkout, two people came one after the other and threatened to make us vacate, even though the receptionist had said our late check-in meant we could check out late. That didn’t happen. Earlier, staff left us waiting outside for more than two hours, saying there was no electricity. The first room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest, and the replacement room had a broken AC. A staff member said he’d move us or repair it, then stopped answering calls. They also provided no soap or toothbeush kit.

A nice, clean room to rest in. Sam at reception spoke respectfully and behaved well. The staff know how to make customers happy, and it was a good stay overall.

The room was clean and smelled good, and I had a good visit overall. Mr.Sam was helpful at checkout. It felt worth it, and I’d like to come back and try breakfast sometime.

I spent a week here and would stay again. The location is close to the bus stand and metro station, with both veg and non-veg restaurants nearby, and parking is available. Although the hotel is near a junction, the rooms are well insulated from noise. They were clean, the staff were supportive, and the service was excellent.
