White Castle Corporate Residences

For a budget hotel, the apartments are neat and clean, and the shared areas are kept tidy. The value is good. A few things felt lacking: the rooms have AC but no fans, which doesn’t make much sense, and the lighting is so limited that they seem quite dark. The beds are wide, but the mattresses are too short, leaving a gap between them after a while.

The rooms and service were somewhere between average and good, though some washrooms are very small. We’d asked for a family setup with a hall, dining area, and shared space for families we knew, but the attached rooms were assigned to other guests. The coordination wasn’t good.

I was here for about 12 days on an official trip. The hotel is near the main road, with shops and Udupi restaurants close by, and breakfast had lots of food choices. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the service was good overall. I had a good stay and would recommend it.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home, and the reception team handled my requests quickly. Everyone was polite, sincere, and professional while still being friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned my room every day without disturbing my belongings, and it was always spotless and neatly arranged. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend the place. I’d be glad to come back.
