Woke Hostel Indiranagar

The people I met made this stay special. I talked with lots of interesting travelers, and we even had a small birthday celebration. Priyanka, the manager, deserves a mention for making everyone feel welcome. I stayed on March 2, 2026, for my first hostel visit in Bangalore, and loved it. I felt safe and comfortable, and the location is great, with cafes, restaurants, and places to explore just a short walk away. I'd happily come back.

I've been coming back on and off for four months, and this place really feels like home. I've met all kinds of unique people and fellow travelers here. The location is convenient, with CMH, 80 Geet road, and 100 feet road all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and take care of what we need. Manager Priyanka is easy to approach and has always handled my requests effectively. I've loved my time here.

The rooms were generally clean, and the common areas were being cleaned too, but dirty used plates were left lying around and I couldn't tell whose job it was to clear them. The hard spring mattress also made it difficult to sleep. I only stayed one night, and it reminded me why I avoid hostels, even though I used to travel solo often. At 3 AM a group was making noise in the common area, and their voices carried through the closed house. I heard people tell them to calm down, but didn't know what staff were doing, perhaps sleeping. At 4 AM the same guys came into our dorm, switched on the bright light above my bed, and talked loudly. I didn't go downstairs to find staff or try to sort it out myself, having dealt with this kind of dorm situation before.

It's a peaceful place with attractive interiors and a good quality stay. The location and easy access make it a great choice. I'll definitely return, though rooms are in high demand, so book ahead.
