I checked out at 8:00 PM, but the whole experience was stressful and unpleasant. When I went to check out, staff were rude and unprofessional, and made me pay another ₹1400. It felt unfair. Before booking at Classic Comforts Hotel near Jaraganahalli, I clearly explained that I needed to stay from 27-03-2026 at 8:00 AM until 28-03-2026 at 10:00 PM. Staff initially agreed and charged ₹1500. I asked to pay ₹1000 up front and the rest at checkout, but they refused. They later gave a small discount and charged ₹1400, which I paid in full. Then at 10:00 AM the next day, they called to say checkout was at 10:00 AM, ignoring what we’d agreed and creating unnecessary pressure and confusion. Please be careful booking here and confirm the details in writing. Based on my experience, the place felt unsafe and unreliable for customers. I strongly recommend avoiding it and looking for better options nearby.

There was no towel, soap, hot water, or drinking water. The room was dirty, and the bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned after construction. There wasn’t even a place to keep clothes in the bathroom. If you care about your health, think twice.

Room service was very poor. They didn’t provide even basic things like towels, nobody came to clean the room, and both the bed and bathroom were very dirty.

There were power cuts, and the washroom stayed unclean even after I asked multiple times. The washroom was horrible. It didn’t feel safe for women, with men drinking behind open doors. Very scary.
