Zylo Hostel

The common lounge was a welcoming place to sit comfortably, relax after exploring, and meet other travelers. There was also a well-equipped shared kitchen where guests could make their own meals, which gave the hostel a community feel. I had a great stay at Zylo Hostel in Bangalore. The friendly, attentive staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

I stayed at Zylo Hostel for over a week on a business trip and would rate it 9 out of 10. It's a solid option for work or leisure, with a clean, functional setup and friendly people. The beds were comfortable, the hostel was well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for a good night's sleep. For a longer stay, the washing machine and separate drying area are useful. There's a small ironing shop just 50 meters away. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and there's a designated smoking area. It's mixed-gender, but I felt comfortable in the open, respectful environment. A caretaker is on hand, parking is sufficient, and there's a safe place for luggage that you can secure with your own lock.

The place looks filthy, with dirt everywhere, and nobody seems to bother cleaning. There's no parking either. Police may come and lock your bikes, leaving you to buy disc locks. I'm not sure which law or scheme introduced this.

The social atmosphere made it feel like home, and I got to meet lovely people from all over. The rooms are clean and cozy, the location is great, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend staying here!
