Whenever I come to Bankura for official work, I stay here. It's comfortable and budget friendly, with a prime spot in Lalbazaar. The rooms and toilets are spacious, clean, furnished, and decorated well. The food is excellent for its price, quality, and quantity. The managers and staff are great with guests, and room service is outstanding. Tapash Ghosh was especially polite and courteous, always helping with water, food, or room service needs. I've been staying here for a long time, and it's an excellent hotel.
