We had a lovely time, and the staff were really sweet. The rooms were clean and roomy, but the food was the highlight. We loved everything we ordered. As foodies, we may come back to Banswara mainly to eat here again.

The staff's attitude was bad, and the no-refund policy is really unfair. If you book ahead and then cancel, you get no money back. That seems especially hard on customers coming from outside the city or from abroad.

The food was expensive and tasted poor, and several menu items weren't available. When we tried to order, staff just told us to wait. I went there for dinner the day before yesterday, and the staff seemed untrained; even the manager spoke in the local language. For such a large hotel, the owner should hire skilled staff. Promotion won't change the reviews.

It's in the main part of the city, close to all the restaurants. The rooms are cozy and nice, and for this price the hotel is great.

The rooms were clean, and there was parking at the hotel as well as a lift. The manager was cooperative. It’s right in the city center, and at this price we had a great experience.
