I was booking a room for 18 April, but the hotel let me check in on 17 April, which made me really happy with my choice. The location was good, and the hotel staff were good too.

The food was good and the price was very reasonable. The hotel staff were good, and the place was very clean. Great location too, the hotel was amazing.

There was dust and cobwebs all around, and the bedsheet and quilt were covered in dirty stains. No staff came to help. The bathroom was in such poor shape that I wouldn't expect it from a three star hotel. The taps and faucet didn't work. I only found that out when I went to use the washroom, and had to figure out how to manage. There was no soap, dental kit, water, or anything like that, so I had to buy toothpaste and soap myself. There were loads of mosquitoes, and when we asked for mosquito spray, the can was empty. I saw your reply saying I made up this review because I wanted to cancel the third day and you wouldn't let me. That's not what happened. You can ask your staff if these details are right or wrong. All your rooms were in the same pathetic condition. For this kind of service, I could have stayed at a local guest house or dharamshala for much less. Calling this a hotel is unfair, it's just a guest house and nothing else. I strongly advise guests travelling to BAREILLY not to book here if they don't want to waste money and suffer.
