Hotel Hotel Sehgal

I attended a marriage here, and the main halls were good overall. The place looks nice from outside, but inside it's a mess, with broken room locks and washrooms that are broken and disgusting. It also lacks basic amenities and needs maintenance. The whole place gives off seriously bad vibes. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The toilet smelled bad, and I found a large cockroach in the room. The bedding was stained with food, the towels were dirty, and the room was very unhygienic. Luckily, I had my own bedsheet in my bag and used that. I can't imagine how this hotel got a 4.6 rating on OYO. I wouldn't give it even one star. Pathetic.

Reception barely responded when I called several times for help, and the hotel's representative's phone was switched off. They didn't provide drinking water or the complimentary breakfast, and there was no towel or geyser either. They asked for payment as soon as I arrived. It was the worst experience I've had with OYO so far. It felt like the hotel was luring people in with fake facilities on the OYO app. A waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to OYO users.

The staff were awkwardly overfriendly and had no hotel manners. One towel they gave me was stuck with thorn bushes, which I had to pull off before I could dry myself. The bathroom geyser didn't work, and the rooms smelled awful and seemed unhygienic. I had to switch rooms 5-6 times because they kept showing me dirty ones. While choosing, I saw spit tobacco on a wall, peeling paint, and dusty, dirty cushions and beds. My experience at OYO 7928 Hotel Sehgal, Bareilly was very bad. Please improve its poor condition.
