Patit Sarkar, the boy who looked after me, was really sincere and served me well. The hospitality and room service were awesome. My room, bathroom, and bedsheet were clean, and the TV and AC both worked nicely. It is quite expensive, though the services made the price manageable for me.
The room was well maintained, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. A 2x room is small, so choose a 3x if you want more space. Before check-in they checked temperature and pulse properly, but the service took a while because they fill out forms offline. The AC doesn't work if you visit in winter. Still, it was a good experience.
We were satisfied with everything. The food tasted awesome, and the staff were so polite and pleasant. Such a lovely place 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Rooms for staying are upstairs on the first floor, where there's also a separate family restaurant. Downstairs there's a singing bar and a liquor shop. The property has a bar and restaurant as well, and sits very close to Barrackpore on the Kalyani Expressway.
The location is great and the room was clean. Couples are welcome, but bring your own cigarettes or wine, or you'll get looted.
