The food, especially the vegan dishes, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Everything at our party hall event ran smoothly, with attentive, professional service throughout. Thanks for taking such good care of the occasion and making it special.

The room was only okay, and the beds were really poor. The sheets were meant to be white but looked grey, so check carefully before booking. If you come in winter, don't count on a heater or blower; they don't provide any winter facilities.

We arrived around 2-3 AM, but checkout time was enforced very strictly even though the hotel register was empty. In the room, a mattress spring stuck out and scratched me, so I eventually had to turn the mattress around. During the freezing winter, they gave us just one single-bed quilt, and it was so late at night before anyone answered the call to reception. They also switch off the geyser outside normal bathing hours, which made things difficult with a baby.

The food was nice, and the party halls are great.

The decorations and preparations really caught my eye, and I loved how elegant the hotel looked. I held my engagement function there, and the staff took great care of each guest. The service was so good that words don't do it justice. Awesome! I hope to meet the management again on a bigger occasion.
