The staff made the stay pleasant, they were quick, polite, and genuinely helpful. The property was in good shape and comfortable, though the food was only average and could be better. Finding the hotel was confusing because Google Maps showed it in the wrong place.

The food was good, though it comes from a nearby restaurant or dhaba rather than the hotel's own kitchen. Room and water service need to improve soon. Having to call reception over and over gets irritating. The location and service were good overall.

The dining hall is good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was kept in good condition, with housekeeping up to standard. The hotel is on the third floor of a building close to the highway, and there's a lift. I had a comfortable stay.

I don't even want to give one star. They took an advance payment for a booking, then demanded the full amount as well, claiming the first payment would be credited back to my account. They said the booking would not be confirmed and would be cancelled if I didn't pay again. When I asked for my money back, they told me to collect it from the hotel because they wouldn't return it.

I paid 999 for one person, with breakfast included. The room and bathroom were clean, and room service was very prompt. They also offer laundry. The location in MIDC may seem out of the way, but I'd recommend staying here if you have work nearby.
