The staff were consistently friendly, easy to approach, and quick to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. It's also easy to reach since the resort is right by the highway, and its size makes it suitable for large events or gatherings. Nearly 80 rooms are spread across several buildings on a spacious property, giving the place an open, relaxed feel. The rooms were clean and well kept, with good lighting and the essentials for a comfortable stay. The whole property felt organized and looked after. It's a lovely, comfortable place to stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Manish, Shyam, and Rohit were supportive, professional, and warm throughout our stay, making sure everything went smoothly. Amandeep, the decor planner, and Neha, operations manager of decor, deserve thanks too. Their elegant, carefully planned arrangements gave our event a magical feel, and every detail was handled with care. From arrival onward, everything was well managed and beautifully set up. The hospitality, service, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable experience. I'd highly recommend the venue for its lovely setting and service.

We held our office team outing at Shiva Oasis Resort and had a lot of fun. There was plenty of room to relax, lots of greenery, clean rooms, and a great vibe. The staff were hospitable and the food was delicious. We played cricket, wandered around the property, and unwound together, with a great music system too. It's a peaceful getaway near Delhi-NCR and a great place for a team outing or a weekend with friends or family. Totally recommend it.

We're very grateful to the entire Shiva Oasis team for looking after the arrangements for our daughter's wedding at your hotel. The venue looked beautiful, the service was excellent, and the team handled every detail with professionalism and care. The event ran so smoothly, and we truly appreciate everyone's support and dedication.

For the price, the rooms, service, and food quality didn't come close to what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel, even though the property is very large. The food was only okay. My room was acceptable when I checked in at 4 PM, but the stay as a whole was very disappointing. Whenever I needed hot water, I had to call maintenance and then wait almost 40 minutes for it to come on. This happened over and over and was very inconvenient. Complaints weren't handled well either. Each time, we were told they couldn't do much because we had booked online, which felt very unprofessional. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend the property.
