Treebo Elite Residency - 2 Kms From Railway Station

The hotel was decent enough, but the staff's attitude let it down. There was no warmth or sense of hospitality, and issues someone had mentioned in a review a month earlier still hadn't changed. The night before checkout, I asked for an early check-in bill and was told they'd provide it. At checkout, a staff member said, "We don't give bills" with a strange attitude, then said he didn't know how to do it when I pressed him. That was shocking and made me question whether he was suited to the job. I'd think twice about recommending the place unless they train staff better.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and let me check in early after my night train. Rooms are compact and cozy, with affordable prices, complimentary breakfast, a coffee maker and in-room dining. The desk layout is a problem, though, there is barely any room to work at it. Being right in the city centre makes almost everything in Belagavi easy to reach. As an old Belgaumite, seeing the old Shri Krishna theatres projectors made me nostalgic, since the hotel was built where the theatre stood. For a small family, solo traveller or business visitor, it's one of the best city centre options.

The staff were attentive and polite, the room was spacious, and the amenities were great. AC worked well too, and breakfast was great. I'd recommend it to friends.

I was happy with the service, and breakfast was nice too. I'll choose your hotel again next time. Hope you can offer discounts to regular customers. Thanks, Krishna Govekar, Goa.
