The hospitality really wasn't up to standard. My small, clean room had a tiny washroom with no water supply, and there was no kettle for hot water or tea. The blankets were poor quality and no sheets were provided. There wasn't even a complaint register, so there seems to be no way to give feedback for improvements. I hope someone who can address the facilities and service reads this. Best wishes to the owner, and I hope future guests have a pleasant stay.
The rooms are neat and clean, and room service supplies clean towels, Aqua Guard water, soap, and shampoo. The food is average and moderately priced. It's a good hotel overall.
It's a good place to stay, with clean rooms and nice staff. The food quality could be better, and a few small things need fixing, such as the toilet flush and AC remote.
The location is nice and very close to the bus stand, and I loved the food. The staff were pleasant, and the decorations were nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the building is old, the walls have damp marks, and a few room lights were fused. In room 508, the power sockets were loose and the washbasin was broken. There is a dustbin in the room. The Wi-Fi speed needs improvement.
We booked 12 rooms on 1 July for a wedding and paid an advance, but they still couldn't assign the exact rooms. Several rooms were missing AC remotes, and despite asking many times, I wasn't given one. What they told us while booking didn't match how they treated us at check-in. The staff and boys behaved terribly, especially the man at reception during the day. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. As a local resident of Berhampore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to visitors.
